WHERE WE CONDUCT OUR THIRD Q&A

WHERE WE CONDUCT OUR THIRD Q&A

Are you there?

Yes, we are here.

Time for another Q&A. Are you ready?

Of course. What is our first question?

Question #1: Is there more you can say about how we can experience physical well-being despite our beliefs around illness?

Answer #1: Until now, illness and disease has been thought of by most humans as a condition that inflicts itself upon the human body, sometimes with no rhyme or reason. We would encourage you to reframe your thinking around illness by focusing not on illness as illness, but rather on illness as a lack of health and well-being. This is more than simply a semantic distinction. By looking upon illness as a lack of health, you focus your attention back to who you really are – a being whose natural state is one of well-being. Looked at in this way, illness can be seen not as something bad or evil, but as the result of the pinching or blocking off of your channel to Source energy. As we have said before, there is no evil in the world, only a lack of good, the result of a narrowed connection with Source.

Question #2: Is it possible for someone to pick up emotional energy from other people even without realizing it?

Answer #2: Yes, indeed. Individuals who experience a heightened sense of the emotional states of others are often known as empaths. Empaths are highly sensitive beings whose own emotional fields are open to the emotional energy of others. This is a more complex state than simply feeling sympathy for another. An empath will actually absorb the emotional energy that is being transmitted by another being and experience it as their own. As you can imagine, this can be a very challenging state of being, especially for one who is unaware of their own empathic capabilities. At the same time, it is often the sensitive empath who can best provide others with a deeper understanding of the nature of emotional experience.

Question #3: What is happening exactly when we find ourselves in a depressed or less-than-enthusiastic state of mind?

Answer #3: When you are in a depressed state of mind – feeling as if nothing is worthwhile, nothing interests you, there seems to be no point in even getting out of bed or off the couch – your attention has shifted to low-frequency, fear-based thoughts that create this feeling within you. Often times, when you are in an emotional state like melancholy or depression, the tendency is to look outside of yourself for the cause, when indeed, the trigger lies within. That means that the solution, the ability to pivot out of this state to one that feels better, also lies within. For those who experience depression as a chronic or debilitating condition, we would certainly recommend seeking advice from a health practitioner. For others, we might suggest shifting your attention, one small step at a time, to something, anything, that makes you feel better. We realize that this can be a daunting task for some, but as a place to start, it is an excellent way to lighten your mood and raise your emotional frequency.

Question #5: How can we best transmit the energy of love to those around us?

Answer #5: The best way to transmit the energy of love is to look for good feeling experiences throughout your day. We are not suggesting that you need to go forth into the world like Jesus Christ, spreading your message of love far and wide. What we are suggesting is that you offer love through your thoughts and your actions to your own small circle, with the people that you encounter every day. If you look for love as you travel through your day and see every encounter as an opportunity to share your loving self with another, you will not only lift the spirits of those around you, but you will move that much closer to remembering the loving spirit that you truly are.

Question #6: What is procrastination?

Answer #6: Procrastination is the tendency by humans to put off until tomorrow what they feel they cannot do today. The reasons vary – you want to take action, but you are afraid of failure or disappointment; you feel inadequate; you feel judged; you feel there is no point; you may even be afraid of what may follow if you do succeed. All of these reasons are fear-based and can often bring about a complete cessation of activity. But not all reasons for procrastination are based in fear. In some cases, you may not be fully aligned with or vibrationally prepared to act upon your desires, and in this case, your system will resist any attempt to move forward with action before you are ready. On the physical plane, there is a time to prepare and there is a time to act. Our advice when you find yourself in this type of situation is to sit quietly and ask yourself “What is it that I truly desire?” By focusing on what you want, you not only help to allay your fears, but you also align more closely and more clearly with your desire, which will, in turn, inspire the appropriate action.

Question #7: You once said that when we look outside at the physical word, all we will ever see is a reflection of what is going on inside of ourselves. Could you explain a little more about what that means?

Answer #7: Yes, of course. In simple terms, the physical world acts like a mirror. It is the reflective nature of the physical world that can help you navigate your journey through life, if you choose to make use of it. Each experience that you have, each person that you meet, each circumstance that you find yourself in, reflects back to you the state of your inner world. If you are ever in need a status report, confused by what is going on in your life and looking for answers, just look at what is right in front of you. Your desires, your intentions, your mental and emotional states, they are all there for you to see, courtesy of the Law of Attraction. You just need to pay attention and remind yourself that the experiences you are having are the experiences that you have intended, however unconsciously. There are no accidents. Only deliberate creation.

This has been very helpful. I look forward to our next Q&A.

As do we. Until next time.

Thank you all.
