WHERE WE TALK ABOUT THE HUMAN BODY

WHERE WE TALK ABOUT THE HUMAN BODY

Are you there?

Yes, we are here.

Today, I would like to about the human body, our physical form.

An excellent topic for discussion. Where would you like to begin?

I would like to start with something I heard many years ago. I can’t remember the source, but it is an idea that has always stayed with me.  It goes something like this – “Our physical bodies are designed to last forever, or until such time as we decide to focus our attention back to Source.” I’m curious to hear what you have to say about that.

We would say that this is a true statement, as far as it goes. The human form is designed to last forever, yes. And why shouldn’t that be so? The human form needs to be flexible and strong and resilient to withstand life among the dense frequencies of the physical plane, and so it only makes sense that, ideally, your physical body would be created with an infinite lifespan in mind. Why would Source create something as important as the human form and then give it an expiration date?

But no one lives forever, or can live forever, at least not anyone that I know.

No one lives forever at this point in Earth’s evolution, but the point that you are currently focused upon is not the end of the human journey. There is no telling where human evolution may lead.

So why doesn’t the human form currently last forever?

Because you do not yet believe that it is possible. The human form holds the eternal and ever-lasting energy of Source within its field and as such is a physical vessel for your own focused divinity. But the human body is also the means by which you navigate your experiences on the earthly plane. Which means that the human form is subject to, on an almost daily basis, a great many low-frequency energy forms that wear away at its structure and vitality. These forms, created by humans, come in various shapes and sizes and put undue strain on the body’s inherent state of health and well-being – processed food additives, for example, like dyes and preservatives; weed killers and other toxic chemicals; vehicle fumes and cigarette smoke – all of these factors and many more pervade your Earthly experience and break down the body’s strong, but over time, susceptible immune system. This does not even take into account the enormous mental and emotional stresses that humans place upon their physical forms, stresses that contribute to its illnesses and its aging. When these factors are combined, they form a belief system that holds to an idea of limited longevity.

So, you’re saying that we have been blessed with these beautiful, functional, vibrant and eternal physical forms, and yet we allow them to deteriorate from all the toxicity we expose them to.

In a sense, yes. But these toxic conditions of which we speak are those that you do not often allow yourselves to be consciously aware of. Or if you are aware, you pretend to yourselves that these conditions are not nearly as harmful as you have been led to believe. And so you take very little action to change the circumstances. You are also bound up in a continuum of habitual thinking that tells you “This is just the way things are. There’s not much we can do about it. I can try to avoid some of these harmful things, but in the end, we all get sick, we all die.” This type of thinking allows the stream of unending toxicity to invade your body’s energy field and interfere with its optimal function.

But if the body is truly an eternal creation, then surely it could withstand pretty much anything we throw at it.

Ideally, yes. But as we have said many times before, all beings create their own experiences. These experiences are based on the desires and the belief systems that are held by each individual being. And no part of the human experience is affected more directly from these desires and beliefs than the human form. If an individual being holds a limited belief about the human body that affirms its fragility, its susceptibility to illness, its ephemeral nature, then that individual is allowing its own form to break down based on those beliefs. Since experience on the physical plane hinges on the idea of free will, not even Source itself would interfere with the choices that you are making. You see the dilemma when it comes to the health and well-being of the human form, do you not?

Yes, I see it. Our health and well-being are solely our responsibility, subject to the choices we make and the beliefs that we hold. As you say, our bodies do not operate as vital, eternal creations because we do not believe that they can. And we are born into a world that believes very strongly in an aging process that causes our bodies to decline and decay over time.

Ideally, the human body would last until you are ready to leave it. Eventually, humans will make more conscious decisions about when they leave their physical forms. When you are done with your journey and no longer desire to create more experiences for yourself on the physical plane, then you will re-focus your attention back to Source and leave your human form in quite a natural and effortless manner.

That sounds great, but that is not at all how we do things now, is it?

No, it is not. Currently, you live under the belief that, aside from traumatic injury, leaving your physical form requires illness, usually serious illness, conditions that you often refer to as “life-threatening.” But it does not have to be that way, and at some point, all humans will more readily remember who they really are and why they have come, and that will allow the belief systems held by the collective consciousness around illness and death to evolve. Until that time, the path to physical health and well-being lies with the choices that you are making now, with your ability to respect the sanctity of your human form, with your commitment to nurture it, to love and appreciate it, to exercise it and keep it in optimal condition, and above all, to maintain, to the best of your ability, a clear and open channel to the life-giving energy of Source.

This has been a very enlightening conversation. I think we will stop there for today.

As you wish. As always, it has been our pleasure.

Thank you all.
