WHERE WE CONDUCT OUR EIGHTH Q&A

WHERE WE CONDUCT OUR EIGHTH Q&A

Are you there?

Yes, we are here.

Time for another Q&A.

We always enjoy our Q&A sessions. What is our first question?

Question #1: Why is it so important for us to slow the mind?

Answer #1: The human mind currently processes information more quickly than it has ever done before in the history of your planet. This makes the task of maintaining focus and attention on what is happening in the present moment even more challenging. As humans, you often move so quickly towards action that you are not as aware as you could be of what you want to experience and why. Consequently, most of the choices you make regarding your experiences arise out of habit. When you slow the mind, you allow yourself a moment between the onset of the desire and your commitment to action, a moment that gives you time to consider how you might really feel once the choice has been made. “Will this really make me feel good or will I feel just the opposite?” By taking that moment to consider where your choices are heading, you increase your chances of creating experiences that will bring you joy and pleasure.

Question #2: Can holding your focus on love and joy actually help to offset the negative emotional energy of others?

Answer #2: Indeed. Holding your focus on love and joy is the key element in your quest to live a life filled with love and joy. This only makes sense, does it not, given all that we have been exploring together. Your experiences on the physical place manifest based on where you place your attention. It is that placement that triggers the vibrational stance you hold in any given moment. And it is that vibrational stance that the Universe responds to when co-creating your experience. It would follow, then, that if your focus is on your own loving state of being, then love and joy would be your experience regardless of the vibrational state of others. In this regard, it is possible to see any negative energy that you come in contact with throughout your day as an invitation of sorts to re-commit to focusing on your true self, on the loving and joyful energy that comprises who you really are.

Question #3: We have spoken of this before, but could you talk a little bit more about the nature of time on the physical plane?

Answer #3: Time, along with the idea of place or space, is an illusion of the physical plane. It is not an idea that exists in non-physical. It is a construct, a tool if you will, that has been created by Source consciousness to facilitate the awakening process that lies at the core of your physical experience. In reality, everything, all experience, every part of your existence, both physical and non-physical, happens at the same time. It is all a part of the Now, of the present moment. Nothing exists outside of the present moment. That applies to all beings regardless of the form they choose to inhabit. Everything exists as it was and always will be, for eternity. For the purposes of life on the physical plane, however, the element of time allows each incarnated being to place their attention, their focus, on one moment at a time, each moment following another, each experience following another, in sequence. If time did not exist on the physical plane, the human mind would be forced to experience each and every moment of physical life at the same time, and that would result in nothing but a muddled chaos.

Question #4: I often hear about something called a life blueprint or a divine life plan and it makes me wonder if everything in our lives, every experience, is already laid out for us in advance before we incarnate into physical form.

Answer #4: There are indeed certain decisions made with regard to your experiences on the physical plane before you incarnate, but nothing is set in stone. In other words, whatever plans have been made, even down to the time and date of your birth and of your passing, can be altered depending upon the choices that you make during any specific lifetime. Generally speaking, there is a design put into place, a life experience framework that will pre-figure the major events and turning points in the course of your journey on the physical plane, but even this framework is flexible and open to change.

Question #5: How can we best forgive ourselves for things in the past that we regret for one reason or another?

Answer #5: By acknowledging within your own self, within your own heart, that whatever it is that you feel the need to forgive yourself for was done at a time in your life when you were not yet fully awake to who you really are. Otherwise, you would not have behaved in a way that you now feel was perhaps inappropriate or insensitive or even hurtful. It is the tendency of most human persons to criticize themselves, often harshly, when they feel they have done something they consider “wrong.” This holds true not only for yourself, but for any other being you have encountered during the course of your life’s experience who you feel has treated you poorly in one way or another. This type of behavior, no matter how extreme, always stems from an error in perception. So go easy on yourself. Beating yourself up over past transgressions serves no one. The approach that will best serve you in forgiving yourself, regardless of the circumstance, is to bring into the light of your awareness any regret, guilt or self-recrimination that you still hold within your emotional field and then let it go by reminding yourself of who you really are and why you have come.

Question #6: This might seem like a silly question, but how did we ever get talked into this life on the physical plane?

Answer #6: You joke, but we can assure you, that you and the rest of the human population of the earth plane needed absolutely no persuading to incarnate and take on the challenges that this type of existence would bring forth. We will let you in on a little secret. There is actually a waiting list of sorts for those who hold the desire of incarnating on the physical earth plane. Not every being is in a place within themselves to take on the challenges of the physical plane. Only those with the strongest, might we say fiercest, commitment, incarnate like you have done. It is a daunting enterprise, focusing part of yourself, a light-bearing, high-vibrational, non-physical being, into a highly dense physical form residing in a world of vibrational contrasts such as you have never encountered before. That is why all of you are considered explorers, pioneers, bold risk-takers, because believe it or not, you are on the cutting edge, the leaders in the growth and expansion of the entire Universe. And that is no small feat.

I think we will stop there for today.

As you wish. We look forward to our next conversation.

Thank you all.
