WHERE WE DISCUSS EMOTIONAL CLEARING

Today, I would like to talk about emotional clearing.

Would you like to tell our readers what you mean by emotional clearing?

Of course. During our conversations together, you have often alluded to a process of emotional clearing that can sometimes take place as your personal vibration rises. With this process, old, buried, unresolved emotional patterns that are not compatible or aligned with higher vibrations are pushed up and out of your energy field. That’s what I mean by emotional clearing.

And what is it about emotional clearing that you would like to discuss today?

Well, could you just explain a little bit more about how that process works?

You have already made a good start in explaining the process. When you set an intention to consciously raise your own personal vibration by, say, meditating or using positive affirmations or by looking for positive aspects in your day, stored emotional energies that do not match these higher, more positive frequencies are forced out of your field.

But when that happens, when those stored emotional energies rise to the surface and are released, the experience is not always a pleasant one, am I right?

Indeed. The last thing you are expecting when you are trying to raise your vibration is to experience a variety of low-frequency emotions. The expectation, and rightly so, is that meditating or focusing on positive aspects will summon into your field a greater abundance of Source energy, which in turn will make you feel happier, more joyful, more peaceful and otherwise more aligned with Source.

And that does happen. But as you say, there is another aspect of this process that most of us are unaware of, and that occurs when we actually experience these incompatible emotional energies as they move up and out of our field.

Once your vibration begins to rise, you may find yourself attracting circumstances, experiences and relationships that bring your unresolved emotional patterns to the surface. In fact, this is the primary means by which these old energies are released. It is a process that occurs naturally, in accordance with the Law of Attraction. If your intention is to hold a higher vibrational frequency of thought and emotion within your field, any energetic form that does not match that higher frequency will be pushed out. It is a way of clearing and cleansing your system of energies that no longer serve you.

I get that. And yet, as these low-frequency energies begin to move out of your energy field, especially if you have been repressing them for a long, long time, it can come as quite a shock if you are not prepared for it. Here you are, meditating, focusing on the positive parts of your life, and all you seem to be doing is attracting or creating one emotional drama after another. When this began happening to me, I thought I was doing something wrong in my meditations and so I stopped, until someone pointed out to me that the emotional turmoil I was experiencing was actually a good sign, that my system was beginning to heal itself by releasing old emotional patterns that no longer served me.

This part of the healing process can be quite jarring for humans, especially if you are unaware of what is occurring. As these old emotions are drawn to the surface and released, you begin to re-experience them. In fact, the only way these old, repressed emotions can be properly released is for you feel them once again in your physical form. If you push them back down, which often happens if you are unaware of what is occurring, you will only attract another experience at some point later on that will bring them back to the surface.

It’s a lot of work clearing out these old emotional patterns. And yet, I’ve experienced this process often enough to know how important it is to release them. It’s just that it often feels like a bottomless pit.

Most humans are not yet adept at processing emotions in the moment, and instead either repress or act out the ones that feel unpleasant. That is why there is so much repressed emotion seeking release. In fact, virtually all of the low-frequency emotions that you experience consist of old patterns rising to the surface

Many have suggested that this type of emotional clearing is exactly what is taking place on our planet right now.

Your planet is seeking to raise its vibrational frequency in much the same way that you as a human person are seeking to do. Which means that this same emotional clearing process of which we have been speaking is also taking place world-wide. This involves primarily old emotional patterns related to the long-standing patriarchal paradigm that exists on your planet. The predominance of male energy and the conditions it creates – the reduced status of women and minorities, the distortions around issues of power, the hypocrisy, the fear, the general state of imbalance that pervades many experiences and relationships – these patterns and many more like them are rising to the surface seeking release. That is why there is so much unrest and divisiveness on your planet at the present time. This healing process is challenging enough on its own, but it is also being met with a great deal of resistance. Those who cling to the old paradigms do not wish to give them up, and so they fight back against any attempt to remove what they see as their source of power. But while the healing process can be delayed or disrupted, it cannot be stopped. Change is inevitable. All you need for evidence of this is to look at the history of your own planet. Nothing ever stays the same. Progress is inescapable because it is a natural part of your planet’s evolution.

So, we just need to hold on and allow the process to unfold.

Yes, for yourself and for your planet. Allow, rather than resist. Hold steady and do not lose yourself in fear. Remind yourself what is really going on. Stay grounded, centered and calm. Appreciate all that arises. And above all, look upon yourself and the world around you with love, for all is well.
