WHERE WE DISCUSS PERSONAL VIBRATION

WHERE WE DISCUSS PERSONAL VIBRATION

Are you there?

Yes, we are here.

I thought that today we might talk a little bit about vibration.

Always an interesting topic.

I hear a lot about vibration, personal vibration, and how it goes up or down depending on what we are thinking or feeling.

To be clear, you are speaking of the vibration of your energy field, correct?

That’s right. Can you tell us what the human energy field is and why it is important?

All living beings have an energy field. Even in non-physical we have what you would call an energy field, although our fields do not operate in quite the same way as yours since we do not maintain a physical form. The human energy field is made up of concentric, luminescent layers that correspond to one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states. These layers oscillate in and around your physical form.

I’ve seen charts that illustrate the layers of the human energy field. It seems that everyone has a different idea of how they look and how many there are.

That is correct. And we can discuss those details at another time if you wish.

OK. Please go on.

The physical form of a human person vibrates at a lower or denser frequency than that of a non-physical entity. In fact, all manifested physical matter holds a lower frequency than non-physical due to the simple fact that it is physically denser. Which means, of course, that for you, as a non-physical being, to incarnate as a human person, a part of your being lowered its own vibrational frequency so that you could manifest on the physical plane in a physical form.

Wow! That is difficult concept for the human mind to grasp.

You have no idea. If we were to attempt to convey all the technical details of the incarnation process, your brain might possibly explode. So, for now, we will limit our discussion to manageable levels of data.

I appreciate that. Please continue.

The human energy field, what is sometimes called an “aura” by those human persons who can sense it or see it, contains most if not all of the energetic information that you have accumulated during a lifetime. In your current field, you may even have some emotional or thought-based energy that has carried over from previous incarnations. It all depends on how your inner self has decided it wants to process this energy.

So, our energy fields are like cloud storage or an archive of some kind?

In a sense. But that is only one of its functions. The most important aspect of one’s energy field is its ability to maintain and balance your life force energies.

Like an invisible matrix that surrounds our bodies and keeps them alive.

That is as reasonable a description as any for something that cannot really be described using human words. Even a physicist would have difficulty describing the full nature of the human energy field.

OK. So, we know that our energy field holds our life force and stores information. How does that affect how we are feeling on a day-to-day basis?

It is actually a symbiotic type of relationship. Your experiences as a human person affect your energy field and vice versa. The energy flows both ways. If your mind’s attention is focused on, say, a particularly intense fight you’ve just had with your partner, and you are feeling a multitude of emotions as a result – anger, guilt, sadness – these lower-vibrational emotions will affect the energy level of your human body. If your attention is placed on such emotions over a long period of time and are not properly released through mindful expression, they eventually begin to accumulate within your energy field and can cause prolonged disruption in the healthy maintenance of your physical form.

You mean, holding onto anger or guilt over time can cause illness. Is that what you are saying?

That is exactly what we are saying. This is a concept that some of your more progressive physicians are finally beginning to accept. But for the moment, the connection between thought and emotion, and how they affect the well-being of the physical form, is not fully understood or acknowledged by most in the medical professions.

Can you explain how the vibrational frequency of our energy fields can change?

As we said, prolonged focus on lower-vibrational emotions can lower the frequency of your field, leaving your feeling tired or depleted or simply out of sorts.

Wait. Sorry. Let’s back up a bit. Why do you keep calling emotions like anger and guilt “lower-vibrational emotions?”

Emotions are energetic entities that vibrate at their own distinct frequency. Fear, and all of its prodigious step-children, like anger, guilt, depression and despair, vibrate at a lower frequency than, say, peace, joy, compassion and love. That is why you feel better when you are in love than when you are depressed. The higher frequencies feel better to you because your own true inner self vibrates at a very high frequency, much like our own.

So, we should avoid these lower-vibrational emotions if we can? Is that what you are saying?

We’re not saying that lower-vibrational emotions are bad or that you should never feel sad or angry or depressed. All human emotions have value and should be respected. But it is also important to remember that they are an essential part of the contrast we spoke of previously. These emotions exist so that you can have the opportunity to experience that which does NOT vibrate at the same frequency as your own inner self, so that ultimately you can learn to release them and focus on emotions that are more in alignment with who you really are.

Although I suspect we have barely scratched the surface of this topic, let’s stop for now. My hope is that we will explore this issue further as we continue our conversations.

We would like nothing better. Until next time.

Thank you all.
